To foster a partnering relationship among the next generation of leaders though professional and personal development of individuals, advancement of AGC member-firms, and commitment to the community. Our programs will include involvement with local service organizations, exchange of ideas, and attention to key industry trends.

• What is the Young Constructors Forum?
The YCF is comprised of future leaders, defined as early to mid-level professionals in the DC construction industry. The group is committed to personal & professional development of members through service endeavors, industry networking, educational programs and a peer to peer learning experience; The group also provides unique opportunities to interface with experienced professionals, industry leaders and educators that is often not afforded to employees at this experience level.
• Who should participate?
Entry to Mid-Level professionals in the construction industry. YCF Membership is open to AGC members, and potential AGC members alike, whether a general contractor, specialty contractor, service provider, architect or engineer. Non-AGC member companies are eligible for YCF membership for a 1 year provisional membership before AGC of DC Chapter membership is required.
• What benefits do YCF Members receive?
Personal & professional development: gained through a community of peers within the same industry, educational programs, and group participation in service endeavors for the local community. Events are offered at a greatly reduced price, and measurable benefits are gained.
• How does the YCF benefit the construction industry?
The YCF is an environment where early to mid-career construction industry professionals can build their capabilities as future leaders through service, education, and networking opportunities. Through YCF member involvement, the industry gains passionate and engaged professionals focused on the sustained success of the construction world. Developing the skills and knowledge to determine the best practices, the YCF members are the future generation of company and AGC leaders.
• How do YCF member companies benefit?
AGC of DC is subsidizing a cost-effective program where employees get to network with their peers and seasoned professionals, as well as receive education and community service opportunities. Companies gain employees with enhanced knowledge, leadership experience, and investment to the community.
• When is YCF enrollment?

• How much is the YCF investment for our company?
Individual: $350/year - Send up to 1 employee to specific events
Standard: $995/year - Send up to 4 employees to specific events
Additional tickets discounted at $35 per person
Enhanced: $1995/year - Send up to 10 employees to specific events
Additional tickets discounted at $25 per person
Note: Non-YCF member tickets start at $75 per person, per event.
YCF Event Coupon Codes
To activate your membership when registering, you must enter a coupon code for each event where YCF membership is accepted. Only YCF members will receive admittance using these codes - AGC of DC reserves the right to bill anyone who inappropriately enters coupon codes for events. Check this page periodically to see upcoming event coupon codes for YCF member use during registration for educational, social, and industry related activities.
