Registration & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for any event or program must be received in writing seven (7) calendar days in advance of the date scheduled in order to qualify for a refund or to cancel billing. 

• If you miss the cancellation deadline, but can't attend, you  may send a substitute;
• In some cases you may be able re-schedule attendance at an education program with a $100 change fee
