About the Board of Directors

The AGC of DC Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization.  Directors on the Board serve for three year terms and the officers President, Senior Vice President, and Vice President are elected yearly by the membership.  The Officers and the Chief Executive Officer serve as the Executive Committee of the organization.  The Board Members initiate policy and determine the strategic initiatives of the organization.  Board members meet on a regular basis to review industry trends, important legislation effecting our industry and programs that are beneficial to the membership.  The board holds a strategic planning session annually that sets the goals and objectives of AGC of DC.
